Far past the miles of congested city stress, on the other side of 9–5 and over the bridges to easy living, lies Beaufort’s newest coastal community – Beau Coast.
Beaufort, North Carolina.
For those who know it, simply uttering those words in our minds brings us to a place of peace and tranquility.
Where neighbors sit on front porch swings enjoying an ice cold glass of sweet tea and time simply rolls quietly by. Where history abounds and you may even overhear a distant “Aarrgh” from a long-lost pirate. It’s easy to get lost among the wind-blown oaks, and even easier to live here. Regardless of how Beaufort makes you feel, the newest community of Beau Coast is sure to take you there.
Like much of Beaufort, Beau Coast celebrates the uniqueness that we’ve all come to love of America’s Best Small Town. Quiet roads and calm waterways makes this area a coastal lovers paradise.
Beau Coast features four distinct neighborhoods: The Cottages, Foxglove, Frazier, and Village Collection. If the variety of pricing and square footage aren’t enough to draw you in, perhaps the amenities might. Beau Coast features swimming pools, a kayak barn (because kayaking is the most common form of travel around here), community dock, gathering hall, maintained lawns, HOA, private dock and kayak launch and miles of sidewalk for those morning strolls.
The visit entailed touring the following models: The Bishop, The Mann II, The Taylor, The Henley II.
Each home, with it’s own distinct character and charm, rustled up echoes of “Ooo’s” and “Oh wow” that could be heard from room to room. Photographs and paintings were covering entire walls, and the decor was flawless, even down to the tiniest detail.
Wallpaper was selectively placed on various walls, calling your gaze and gently guiding you through the home. Coastal decor and artworks were displayed with the utmost care and forethought, providing the perfect touch.
Wide walk around kitchens and open floor plans provide the ideal space for an evening of entertaining, or breakfast for the whole family.
The indoors were meticulously designed and staged, but no Beaufort home is complete without outdoor living. The coastal location provides Beaufort (and the rest of the Crystal Coast) a temperate climate and perfect year-round weather. Spacious screened-in porches wrapped-up the overall setting. Losing yourself in the scenery, visions stirred of morning coffee with a wisp of the clean morning breeze, or an evening with friends chatting and laughing amidst the ambient glow of a fire pit.
We closed the final door making our way down the sidewalk to our vehicles. Excitement rolled through the air sprouting into a variety of conversations. How thrilling it is to be a part of Beaufort’s newest community and what an amazing opportunity this is for folks to enjoy the town that is so cherished.
With our area continuing to grow, we’re excited to be a part of the change and welcome those who want to experience the coast with us.
