Chrissie was born and raised in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, and graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Since she spent her childhood summers on boats, it was a natural decision to join the crew of a chartered sport fishing boat. She spent her summers fishing in her native New Jersey and winters in Florida.

After many seasons of repositioning boats up and down the coast, it was not unlikely that she met her husband Kelly while docking at the Beaufort City Docks. They were married at St. Francis by the Sea in Salter Path in September. She looks forward to her new life here and looks forward to helping people find their perfect home in this beautiful part of Eastern North Carolina as she has herself.
