Steve has been visiting the Crystal Coast his entire life. He and his family have been property owners here since 1998, becoming "permanent weekend residents." They enjoyed coming to Atlantic Beach practically every weekend during the summer and fall months as well as throughout the year. Steve has watched the coastal real estate market closely over the past several years as he and his wife had a long-term goal to one-day move to this area permanently. Recently, their plan came together, Steve and his family decided to call the Crystal Coast "Home."

Steve has been a successful real estate agent in the Raleigh, NC, market for the past 22 years with Fonville Morisey Realty. He brings with him extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate including development, new construction, and general brokerage.

Steve and his wife, Mary Carlyle, have two daughters, Stephanie and Meredith, and they live in Atlantic Beach.
