Raised in Wilson, NC, Katrina has been a part time resident of Atlantic Beach for as long as she can remember. Katrina attended Greenfield School in Wilson and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BS in Biology. Upon graduation she traveled to Colorado, became a Certified Massage Therapist, and moved to the ski town Vail to work at the Sonnenalp Resort and Spa. There she met her best friend Tom and a couple of years later they were married at the Dunes Club in Atlantic Beach. Katrina, Tom, and their black lab, Murray, permanently moved to the island in 2005. Her areas of expertise include Pine Knoll Shores , Atlantic Beach , Morehead City , boat access properties, waterfront communities, and that "diamond in the rough" home.
