Julius McCabe is a native of Craven County, lived in Raleigh, NC for a number of years
and has resided in Carteret County since 1995. He has been in real estate since 1995. He
received a Business Administration Degree from St. Augustine College in Raleigh, NC.
Julius served in the Army Military service, retired from Progress Energy, and is President
of McCabe Properties Inc.

Julius has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate arena, residential as well as commercial.
He currently serves on the boards for the Boys and Girls Club of Coastal Carolina, Sound
Bank, Board of Adjustment Town of Beaufort and is his churches guitarist. Member Beaufort Ole Towne Rotary Club and The National Association of Realtors
