I have been a part-time resident of beautiful Ocracoke Island for my entire life. I won't disclose exactly how many years that implies, but let's just say that I remember when the ponies were free and the roads were unpaved. I have owned and operated the oldest and finest hotel on the island, The Ocracoke Island Inn, since 1990. During this time, I was also responsible for running the dining room, organizing large events on the properties, and constructing, listing, advertising for and selling new, top-of-the-line condominiums. In addition to my responsibilities regarding ownership of the Inn, I am an independent real estate investor and have bought and sold properties on and around the Outer Banks for years. Currently, I am continuing to run the Island Inn, but have also developed a passion for helping others to locate, obtain, and profit from interesting and exciting investment opportunities in the Outer Banks and Crystal Coast area.
