Bandy is from Wilson originally. In 1981, he moved to Carteret County. He has enjoyed the many treasures of this area from Cedar Island to Cedar Point. Bandy is married to Sandra and has a 20 year-old daughter named Kate who is currently a student at UNC-Chapel Hill. His favorite hobbies are training his dogs, fishing, and enjoying his family.

Having been in real estate since 1978, he has seen many changes and has the knowledge to serve all your real estate needs throughout Carteret County. Bandy is currently a member the Carteret County, North Carolina and National Association of Realtors. He and his family attend the First Baptist Church in Morehead City and has been actively involved in the Carteret County Community Theater. He also been a committee member of Carteret County’s Ducks Unlimited chapter since 1985.
